QUIET TIME
For the comfort of all our guests, we maintain a quiet time from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
GUEST AMENITIES
The beach, yoga platform and property trails are all available to guests for no additional charge.
PETS
We allow pets in designated units. Pets must be crated if left alone in rooms. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving with a pet.
SMOKING POLICY
Our rooms are 100% smoke free. We ask that you step outside or onto the porch for smoking.
PAYMENT
Deposit – Individuals
A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to hold a reservation. You can make a bank transfer or pay through our paypal account. The room balance and all additional charges is due on check out. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation/Refund – individuals
The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved. The balance is due at checkout.
Deposit – Groups
A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to hold a reservation. Deposit may be made by bank transfer or pay through our paypal account.
Cancellation/Refund – Groups
The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Within 30 days there will not be a refund of the deposit. The balance is due at checkout.
Credit Card Payments
A 5% service fee is charged if paying by credit card.
